January 2017: New museum Barberini opened in Potsdam 

This private museum opened its doors to the public for the first time with two exhibitions: Impressionism, the Art of Landscape, with works ranging from Claude Monet to Gustave Caillebotte, and Modern Art Classics, Liebermann, Munch, Nolde and Kandinsky. Many of the exhibits come from the private collection of art patron and museum founder Hasso Plattner.
Until May 28, open daily 10:00 – 19:00, 1st Thursday of the month 10:00 – 21:00, closed on Tuesdays. Entrance  €14, reduced €10
