Data Privacy
This website is intended to support the mission of the Berlin International Women’s Club and provide information to Club members. Current members are urged to register on the website in order to obtain a username and password. Private member information is not displayed on the website without permission. Inappropriate use of any information provided on the website may result in loss of membership at the discretion of the Executive Committee or other consequences in accordance with the German and European Data Protection Laws.

Please note that photos taken at BIWC events may be published in the Newsletter. When they are published on the public part of the website, photo permission has been given. Photos posted in the members’ only section of the website can only be seen by BIWC members who have registered for the website and have been given access to this area. Members who do not wish their photographs to be published should leave the group when photos are being taken. A member can request that a posted photo be deleted from the website by emailing us at webit.biwc@gmail.com. Any questions or concerns regarding data privacy should also be sent to this address.
