This club was started and intended for women just like you – English speaking, finding your way in a new city and wanting to network and socialize with like minded women. Have a browse through the many activities available; join us at a Stammtisch; then come and become part of something great! Currently we have over 300 Members from 57 countries.

Monthly Stammtische

Please come and join us on the 8th of each month between 18.00 – 20.00 for our Monthly Evening Stammtisch: next Tuesday 8th May

Come have a great time together with old, new and potential members! No registration is required, so just walk in.

Venue: Golden Tulip Hotel Hamburg, Landgrafenstrasse 4, 10787 Berlin
Getting there: U2 Wittenberg Platz, Bus 100 or M29 Schillstrasse, walk 150 metres.

The hotel also has its own parking garage, where you can park for a fee.

Or, alternatively join us for our Morning Stammtisch on the 15th of the month at 10.00

We launched our Morning Stammtisch to offer both Club members and potential members, who are unable to attend evening Stammtisch on the 8th of each month, a second opportunity to meet. We look forward to seeing you there!

• Getting there: U1 to Kurfürstendamm – walk west towards Uhlandstrasse, left at Joachimstaler Strasse. Vapiano is at the corner of Augsburger Strasse OR U3 to Augsburger Strasse.

Guided tour of the KPM Welt Royal Porcelain Factory Monday, 14 May 2012 at 10.00 and 11.00

The new BIWC Social Events Team invites you to our first event, a guided tour through the Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur (KPM Berlin), the famous porcelain factory given its name by Frederick the Great in 1763, whose birth 300 years ago is now being celebrated.

In this hour-long tour, we will have a chance to follow in the footsteps of Frederick the Great and his successors by experiencing an exhibition of Berlin‘s royal porcelain inside the factory and catching a glimpse of traditional porcelain-making in the workshop.

After the tour, join us for coffee at the KPM café. Food and drinks are at each member‘s own expense.

There will be two tours of KPM Welt, at 10.00 and 11.00. Priority for places on these tours are given to members. Guests are welcome should there be spaces available.
►Meeting place: KPM Welt, Wegelystraβe 1, 10623 Berlin.

►Cost: 5 €, to be transferred to the BIWC account with payment code “KPM Welt”.
►Register: In order that all members have the same opportunity to attend the social event, registrations will begin on Tuesday, 1 May.

Please register by e-mail SocialEvents@biwc.de, indicating which tour you would prefer (10.00 or 11.00), or by contacting Lynne Gatward. Payment should be made once you have received a return e-mail confirming your participation in the event. If payment is not received in good time, we may give your slot to someone on the waiting list.
