Christiane Armstrong is a native German speaker with an M.A. in German language and literature. Married to a U.S. Diplomat, she has taught German over the past 25 years in the United States, Hungary, Germany, Switzerland and the Philippines. Christiane has worked with adults and children as a private tutor, and as a group instructor and international school teacher.She is currently available for private lessons, practice in conversational German, explaining the specifics of German culture and offering practical advice for the day-to-day adjustment of living in Berlin. Rates and meeting arrangements are flexible and compatible to your needs. If you prefer, she can come to your home or office.She is personable, culturally sensitive, and able to match the unique learning styles and specific needs of each of her clients. Both individual and group rates are available.
