A Tour of the KulturBrauerei, Prenzlauer Berg
 
“Where once beer was produced, ‘culture’ is being brewed now.” This is how the former Schultheiss Brewery identifies itself, having been transformed into a modern multi-cultural landmark in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg.
The 25,000 square metre complex houses showrooms, clubs, restaurants, theatres, publishing houses and other commercial and community organisations. Our guided tour will introduce us to the historical background of the company and brewery business, which is closely linked to the development of Prenzlauer Berg, and we will visit the all-important beer cellar. We will also be guided around the other buildings in the compound and learn about their functions.
After the hour-long guided tour we can enjoy a beer in the KulturBrauerei. When evening falls, this historical place is transformed into to a lively nightspot with music, clubs, theater, etc. Please join us for a relaxed and fun evening out in late summer in this lovely and lively part of city.

►Meeting point:  Will be provided upon registration
►Cost: 7,50 € / 6 € reduced. For groups, entry is cheaper the more participants there are.
