Monday, 6 and 20 February from 10.00 to 12.00
Come and join our group to improve your spoken English. You can improve your grammar or widen your vocabulary by reading interesting articles on all subjects thinkable. Everyone is welcome, whatever her standard of English. Anna Netrebko is the world's most famous soprano, an opera singer with pop-star status, but she does not regard herself as a diva. She thinks opera singing is just an ordinary job, which she chose because there was less competition than in acting. We will read her account of her rise to fame, from cleaning toilets to the star of "La Traviata".
